Terms
Use SearcherSignal as a screening tool, not an advisor.
These terms explain the boundaries for using SearcherSignal: permitted source material, screening-only outputs, billing, account access, and advisor-reviewed deal work.
Permitted use
Use SearcherSignal to organize acquisition-target inputs, define criteria, screen fit, identify missing facts, and prepare questions for brokers, sellers, lenders, accountants, lawyers, and other qualified advisors.
Restricted materials
You are responsible for making sure any source, broker packet, document, or platform data submitted to SearcherSignal is allowed under the applicable contract, platform terms, confidentiality agreement, and law.
Screening outputs
SearcherSignal may produce buy-box fit notes, screened target rows, debt-service questions, missing facts, and diligence checklists. Treat those outputs as screening support for your own review and for discussions with qualified advisors.
No professional advice
Outputs are educational screening estimates. Do not rely on them as legal, tax, lending, investment, valuation, quality-of-earnings, or diligence advice.
Billing and account access
Paid subscriptions use Stripe-hosted checkout and billing management. Plan access depends on active subscription status and the features included in the selected plan.
Human review
You remain responsible for final decisions, advisor selection, source authorization, broker and seller communications, diligence scope, deal terms, and whether to pursue or pass on a target.
