The product distinguishes public and permitted sources, user-authorized imports, later authorized deal documents, and no-upload checklist work. Do not submit PHI, employee records, restricted platform data, or confidential materials unless you have authorization.

Billing

Paid plans use Stripe-hosted checkout and customer portal flows. SearcherSignal stores subscription identifiers and plan status, not card data.

Deal screens should preserve source confidence and missing facts. Legal, tax, lending, valuation, and diligence questions stay behind advisor-review gates.
